Refund / Cancellation Policy
All sessions are 20-30 minutes. A confirmation email is sent the week before your scheduled appointment. Please respond at least 72 hours before your scheduled date. If you miss your appointment, your appointment is automatically canceled. There are no refunds. There are no exceptions. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you contact us 72 hours in advance. Upon booking your session, you agree to the calendar date that you chose and paid for. There are no refunds. There are no exceptions. In the event we need to reschedule your reading, we will expedite your appointment to suit your needs. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Privacy Policy
All sessions are kept confidential. In the event that you request a recorded session, the recording becomes the legal property of Gina Marie LLC and can be used at her discretion. We reserve the right to use any agreed-upon recordings, for our sole publishing and social media purposes. You may not publish any recordings of Gina Marie Spiritual Medium without her due consent. Anyone using recordings of Gina Marie Spiritual Medium, without her written consent, will be held accountable by law.

Special Access
Please note, all live access group meetings will be cancelled in place of public events. Live access members are invited to our group events via zoom and or in person, without charge. You must be enrolled as a live access member for 1 full billing cycle prior to announcement of a public group reading. In the event that a live gets rescheduled or canceled, we are not liable for any refunds or additional live sessions. Thank you for your cooperation.
